Operations + Implementation for Photographers
I fix the operational chaos most photographers have been avoiding for years. Not coaching. Not automation. Real implementation, done while you step away.
Sound familiar?
You didn't become a photographer to spend your days chasing leads in a CRM you hate, avoiding album sales conversations, and rebuilding the same broken workflow for the third season in a row.
01
The CRM graveyard
You built it once, filled it halfway, and stopped opening it. Leads fall through. You find out six weeks later, or not at all.
02
Chronic overdelivery
More photos. Free edits. Extended galleries. You keep giving more because you don't know how to say the price is the price, and it's quietly killing your margin.
03
No post-sale strategy
Gallery delivered. Project closed. Revenue stopped. You're leaving album sales, wall art, and referrals on the table every single session.
04
Avoiding sales conversations
You underprice because negotiating feels uncomfortable. You discount before they even ask. It's not a pricing problem; it's a systems and confidence problem.
05
Backend chaos
You have workflows you don't use, contracts you haven't updated, and a booking process that relies entirely on you remembering things. That's not a business, that's a liability.
06
Reactive every season
Every spring feels like the first time you've done this. No seasonal plan. No content calendar. Just reacting to whatever shows up in your inbox and wondering why you're always behind.
The philosophy
"I fix the sh*t most creatives avoid."
Most photographers don't need more automation, another CRM system, or more reels. They need discernment, structure, and someone who understands how a photography business actually works, from the inside out. I've been inside enough creative businesses to know exactly where the money is leaking. And I know how to fix it, not with a framework or a course, but with a focused day of real implementation.
CRMs are useless if nobody maintains them
Galleries are not a sales strategy.
Overdelivery kills profitability. More photos do not equal more value
Sales is service. Avoiding it hurts your clients, not just you.
AI cannot replace a high-touch, luxury client experience.
Pinterest and blogging have always outperformed social. They still do
You don't need more content. You need better systems behind the content you already have

About Amanda
I'm not a business coach with a shiny framework and a podcast.
I'm an operational strategist who has spent years inside photography businesses, and my own learning exactly where the chaos lives and how to clear it out fast. I understand how photographers actually think, how they actually work, and why the standard "fix your systems" advice never sticks. I don't give you homework. I do the work.
How it works
Every VIP Day kicks off with a full audit of your business. We know exactly what we're fixing before the first session begins, no wasted time, no guesswork.
No post-sale strategy
01
3 to 5 Days Before | Intake + Audit
You complete a detailed intake form. I audit your backend, identify the biggest gaps, and build a custom agenda before your first session begins.
02
Day 1 | 15-Min Morning Kickoff Call
We align on scope, priorities, and outcomes in a focused 15-minute call. You confirm the agenda. Then you step away completely.
03
Deep Work
Me and my team work your business. Async Slack only; no interruptions, no mid-session check-ins. You get your day back. We get the work done.
04
Final Session | Loom + Handoff
Full Loom walkthrough of everything completed. Handoff doc with SOPs and next steps. Rebook prompt if you want to keep the momentum going.
Full payment at booking
Your session is secured when payment is received.
No Exceptions.
Async only during sessions
No calls mid-day. Slack or email only.
You hired me to work, not to report to you while I'm working. This is how the best work gets done.
Scope is set at kickoff
What's on the agenda is what gets implemented.
Additions and new ideas go on the next booking, not into this one.
Investment
Every package includes a full pre-day audit and a custom agenda built specifically for your business. You're not buying a menu item, you're buying a day shaped entirely around what you actually need.

FAQ
What if we don't finish everything on my list?
Everything completed gets a full Loom walkthrough and handoff document with clear next steps. Anything that doesn't get finished isn't abandoned — it's documented and prioritized for a follow-up booking. The scope is set at kickoff specifically so this rarely happens.
Do I need to be available during the sessions?
No — and that's the entire point. After the 15-minute kickoff call you step away completely. Async Slack only if I need access to something. You get your day back while we work in your business. This is not a co-working session.
How do the multi-day packages work? Do the days have to be consecutive?
For the Implementation Intensive, sessions are typically scheduled 1–3 days apart. This gives you time to review Day 1 output and gives us time to prepare for Day 2. The Deep Dive follows the same logic across three sessions. Consecutive isn't required — good work is.
Is this right for me if I'm just starting out?
VIP Days are built for photographers who are already in business, have clients, and are feeling the weight of operational chaos. If you're under a year in, reach out anyway — we can talk about whether this is the right fit or whether something else makes more sense for where you are.
What do I need to prepare before the day?
You'll complete a detailed intake form 48 hours before your first session. That's it. I handle the rest — including building the full agenda, coordinating with my team, and making sure we hit the ground running from the moment we kick off.
Why is full payment required upfront?
Because your spot is held the moment you book. No other client gets that date. Full payment upfront also means we both show up committed — there's no back-and-forth, no partial deposits, no awkward follow-up invoices. Clean and done.
Ready to hand it off?
Only 3 VIP Day packages available per month.
Full payment secures your sessions.
No back-and-forth. No scope creep. Just results.
Next available dates sent after application. Spots fill fast.
